Experience
Hitek is a Bosch Certified Security Dealer and has been in the high-tech camera and security business for over 27 years. Our customers include Intermountain Health Care hospitals and facilities, Comcast Communications (formerly AT&T), Orem, Provo, American Fork Police Departments and hundreds of other business and residential customers. Training
Our lead technician holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering. In addition, employees attend ongoing training from advanced manufacturers’ courses.
Reliability
Our state of the art 24 hour monitoring station, monitors your business or residence and notifies the proper authorities in case of emergency. Notification of Police and Fire Departments, as well as neighbors, is immediate. Hitek’s redundant monitoring facility tells authorities exactly where an alarm was tripped and how, which improves safety and response times.
Service
Hitek maintains a large security equipment inventory. With this large inventory, we can provide fast installations and fast delivery and shipping of equipment. In addition, replacement equipment is on hand for quick, last-minute repairs. Hitek maintains constant communication with its technicians ensuring that our customers receive direct, immediate attention 24 hours a day.
Security
All employees are licensed, insured and fingerprinted. In addition background checks are performed yearly along with 12 hour minimum of training. All technicians are certified by the State.
